We are adapting our procedures and policies to the European Regulation on Data Protection. One of the aspects we are updating is our privacy policies and the way, much more simple and clear, we communicate them to the users.

We collect the following data via the website www.theinbounder.com:
The contact information of those users who apply for information about The Inbounder or The Inbounder Global Conference and wish to receive communications about the events and activities related to the “The Inbounder Community”.
 
We will also manage those data related to any registration to The Inbounder Global Conference and parallel events that can be organized and carried out by WAM under its brand The Inbounder.
 
The process of management will be carried out through the platform Eventbrite.
 
2.1 Becoming a part of the “Inbounder Community”: the users of www.theinbounder.com will have the option of being part of one of the main networks that unite professionals and people involved in the digital marketing. If a user fills data to obtain more information (application form “keep me informed”) we will do precisely this he or she has applied for: Being able to send him or her the main innovations related to The Inbounder movement and especially related to the Inbounder Global Conference. 
 
2.2 Being able to acquire tickets for the different events organized by WAM through The Inbounder. When you register as a user and acquire your ticket, you will become part of our community and will receive necessary information in order to take full advantage of the event to which you have registered, as well as to later events or initiatives organized by WAM related with The Inbounder.
 
We inform you that once your personal data has been collected, they will be processed and will be incorporated into a file, registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
 
 
3. HOW LONG WILL WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data gathered through the application forms in our website will be kept for the necessary time to fulfil this aims, and they will be maintain for a period of 4 years from statistical, administrative and financial purposes of the company. If data have been provided with the purpose of receiving specific services, they will be kept in relation to the provision of services is maintained and, after that period, until the legal time-limit prescribed.

In this sense, we inform you that to be able to manage the ticket sales, the platform Eventbrite has been hired, which established its own privacy policy regarding the processing fulfil itself. The legal representative of Eventbrite for the European Protection Data is Eventbrite NL BV with its headquarters in Silodam 402, 1013AW, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
 
In order to be able to carry out the management of the application forms and the communications with the users, we resort to Salesforce, of Pardot, a North-American company, member entity of the Privacy Shield, whereby certifying a level of security and protection similar to those of that the EU implementation have to apply to protect personal data.
 
The possible changes on the recipients will be communicate/published, keeping updated this information and available for users.
