2. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
 
Through the website www.theinbounder.com we collect the following data:
Contact information of those users who ask us for information about The Inbounder or The Inbounder Global Conference and want to receive communications about events and activities related to the "Inbounder community
We also manage the data related to the registration in The Inbounder Global Conference and parallel events that can be organized and carried out by the Treatment Correspondents under their brand The Inbounder.
The management process is carried out through the Eventbrite platform
 
2.1 Being part of the "Inbounder Community" Users of www.theinbounder.com have the option of becoming part of one of the main networks that bring together professionals and stakeholders in digital marketing. When a user fills in the data to obtain more information ("keep me informed" form) we will do precisely what he or she has requested: be able to send him or her the main news related to The Inbounder movement and especially regarding the Inbounther Global Conference.
 
2.2 To be able to purchase tickets for the different events organized by the organization through The Inbounder. When you register as a user and purchase your ticket you will also become part of our community and will receive the necessary information to make the most of the event you have registered for, as well as subsequent events or initiatives organized by the organization related to The Inbounder.
 
3. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The personal data collected through the forms on the website will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information has been provided. Once these purposes have been fulfilled, they may be kept for a period of 4 years for statistical, administrative and commercial purposes of the entity. If the data has been provided with the aim of providing certain services, it will be kept while the relationship of providing them is maintained and once it has passed, for the time legally established for this purpose.

The collection of personal data through the forms inserted in the web https://theinbounder.com is carried out in a safe environment since we use the cryptographic protocol SSL that makes the communications between the server and the client to be transmitted encrypted. The web pages that use this protocol begin with https. If a cyber attack were to occur, only an encrypted data flow would be obtained.
 
 
6. ARE THERE ANY RECIPIENTS?
The data you enter on the website will not be disclosure to other entities, except by legal obligatios or in order to fulfill the purpose for which they were provided.
 
 
In this sense, we inform you that in order to manage the sale of tickets, Eventbrite platform has been hired, which establishes its own privacy policy regarding the treatment it carries out. Eventbrite's representative for the European data protection law is Eventbrite NL BV with its headquarters at Silodam 402, 1013AW, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
 
 
In order to manage registrations and communication with users, we use Salesforce, from Pardot, a North American company that is a member of the Privacy Shield by which they certify a level of security and protection similar to those that must be implemented in the EU to protect personal data.
 
 
Possible changes in the recipients will be communicated/published, keeping this information updated and available to users.
 
 
7. HOW CAN I EXERCISE MY RIGHTS?
To exercise any of your rights of access, rectification, erasure, object, portability and limitation, please send an e-mail to dpo@wearemarketing.com. You will need to attach it:
  • A photocopy of your ID (passport or other identity card) or an electronic signature.
  • Content of the request you make and if necessary, the documents that support it.
  • Address (for notification purposes), date and signature
 
If you exercise your rights by a specifically designated representative, you must provide the document or electronic instrument that proves the representation.
 
 
In the event that the owner of the data is a minor or incapacitated, the rights will be exercised by his or her duly accredited legal representative.
